Our activities include extensive riverbank planting with native species to prevent erosion, improve water quality, and restore riparian habitats.

Somalia's river systems are the backbone of the country's biodiversity, supporting unique wetland ecosystems that provide critical habitat for countless species. Our restoration efforts involve sophisticated hydrological assessments, soil stabilization projects, and the reintroduction of native plant species that naturally filter water and prevent erosion. We collaborate with upstream and downstream communities to ensure holistic watershed management, addressing pollution sources and implementing water conservation measures that benefit both ecosystems and human settlements.
